Concerning Loss, Theft, or Damage Post-Delivery
We offer complimentary signature service for each shipment to ensure safe delivery. Simply send us an email (email@example.com) following your purchase with your order number.
If you do not request signature delivery, you agree to incur any risk of loss, theft, or damage once a package has been marked "DELIVERED" by the shipping carrier. Along with our shipping partners, we provide the option of being notified immediately upon delivery of your package.
You may take proactive steps to ensure safe delivery by (1) notifying a door man or neighbor to be alert to a delivery; (2) leaving specific instructions for the courier; (3) arranging to be home during the delivery window; (4) shipping to an address where safe delivery is guaranteed, etc.
